These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Your SEO Analyzer, available at https://yourseoanalyzer.com (the "Service"), operated by Your SEO Analyzer ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Your SEO Analyzer is a free online tool that performs automated website audits using the Google PageSpeed Insights API. The Service generates informational reports covering SEO, performance, and accessibility metrics for a URL that you submit. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", for general informational purposes only.

3. No professional advice

Reports produced by the Service are automated estimates and do not constitute professional, legal, or marketing advice. Scores and findings may vary between scans, may be affected by factors outside the analyzed website (such as network conditions), and should not be relied upon as a complete or definitive assessment of any website. You are solely responsible for any decisions or changes you make to your website based on the results.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree that you will not:

  • Analyze websites you do not own or do not have permission to test, where such analysis would violate applicable law or the rights of any third party;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to submit excessive scan requests or to extract data from the Service;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent;
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably deem harmful to the Service or its users.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logo, and software, is owned by Your SEO Analyzer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. You retain all rights to the websites you analyze; scan results are provided to you for your own use.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on the Google PageSpeed Insights API and may display advertisements from third-party vendors such as Google AdSense. Your use of third-party services is subject to those providers' own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YOUR SEO ANALYZER, ITS OPERATORS, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). Because the Service is provided free of charge, you acknowledge that this allocation of risk is reasonable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your SEO Analyzer and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
